We have had several inquiries regarding the notice of multicircuit petitions filed by OSHA today.  The process governing multicircuit petitions for review is set forth at Panel Rules 25.1 to 25.6 (available on the Panel’s website).  The Panel Clerk’s office currently is processing the notice of multicircuit petitions (which involves a number of petitions and all circuits).  When that is complete, the Panel Clerk’s office will conduct the random selection following the process described in Panel Rule 25.5. 

The consolidation order will be posted electronically on the Panel’s CM/ECF Document Filing System.  The order can be accessed by the public through PACER and also will be promptly posted on the Panel’s website:  https://www.jpml.uscourts.gov/multicircuit-petitions.  There is no media distribution list.
