On March 16, 2020, the Panel closed its offices to in-person filings and suspended Rules 3.2(d) and 3.3(c)(i) until further notice. On April 10, 2023, the President signed into law H.J. Res 7 which terminated the national emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is:

ORDERED that Miscellaneous Order 20-01 dated March 16, 2020, is RESCINDED.
