Case Management / Electronic Case Files

 PANEL CM/ECF -- EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 4, 2010!

The Panel, in conjunction with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, has developed a case management/electronic case files (CM/ECF) system.

Effective October 4, 2010, all pleadings or other papers must be filed electronically with the Panel using CM/ECF. (See Panel Rule 3.2 as amended.)

CM/ECF Attorney Registration
